Overview

Voice enables real-time telephony interaction with Origon systems over SIP.

Input Behavior

  • Incoming calls start execution
  • Real-time duplex audio
  • Natural interruption handling
  • Continuous listening

Call Recording

Optional per Voice Tool.

  • Recordings are attached to Sessions
  • Retention period is configurable

Setup

  • Configure inbound phone numbers
  • Route SIP traffic to sip.origon.ai
  • Set allowed source IPs
  • Configure greeting message and AI voice
